Toshiba Portege R600 is the latest laptop in the market launched by Toshiba. Portege R600 is a 2.4lbs ultra light laptop. This laptop of Toshiba is physically similar to the model R500 laptop. It shares the same weight and dimensions. It weights around 283 x 215.8 x 19.5 and measures the dimensions of 25.5mm. Besides this it has several new features in it such as Faster CPU. The CPU of Toshiba Portege R600 Laptop contains 1.4Ghz Core Duo where as it is 1.2Ghz mono-core in the R500. R600 has twice the memory as compared to R500 of 2GB. The upper memory ceiling is of 5GB max.
It has better graphics of Intel X4500. The R600 laptop of Toshiba is a little bit faster than the R500 laptop. The Toshiba Portege R600 laptop has a capacity of higher memory. This ultra light laptop has a high backup of battery. It runs with 9 hours of battery life.
